stylish decor convenient cafe ample space
the decor was thoughtful and chic. i found the location quite convenient with cafes nearby. the apartment provided ample space for our luggage, a real plus.
the stairwell had a slight sewage smell. it was noticeable upon entering the building.

superb stay near leith!
convenient washer perfect location fast trip
I totally loved the location. It was perfect for exploring. the apartment included a washer and dryer, it was so convenient. the proximity to the tram line made trips into the city center really fast (around 10-15 minutes).
i noticed some dust under the couch, a really minor issue.

Many lovely cafes, restaurants, and bars are really close by. the kitchen is well-equipped. It even has a dishwasher and a stove. this made eating in easy, especially with local ingredients i picked up.

The apartment provides free parking near links park. a washer and dryer combo is a great perk (very useful for longer stays!). the tram stop is only about a 2 minute walk away. That makes travel easy.

I stayed in a beautifully decorated one bedroom apartment, whisky galore. the bed and sofa were very comfortable (afforded a restful sleep!). i loved the freestanding bath. It was a totally unexpected treat after a long day.

quiet leith stay
quiet neighborhood warm place convenient tram hot water
we stayed in flat no. 9, on the third floor. i appreciated that there was hot water available all day. a tram stop was less than 100 meters away.. it took about 15 minutes. the neighborhood was quiet, and i slept well.
the lack of an elevator meant we had to use the stairs, but this wasn't a huge issue for our group. we managed without problems.

fantastic flat experience
clean flat comfortable beds ceiling windows helpful staff
The flat was lovely and very clean. beds were indeed really comfortable. the overall setup and appearance of the venue was great. Especially, ceiling windows in the main room and bathroom were fine. staff were quick to respond to my request for a late check out on the morning, i really appreciated that.
there was no mirror in the upstairs toilet. electric heaters were installed in bathrooms. but there were no towel rails and generally a lack of hooks on doors to hang things on.

the location was excellent. a tram route with a station is only one or two minute walk from the flat. several eating places are nearby with great food and variety, i loved that.

Plenty of towels were available. It was great. tea and coffee facilities were welcomed. That was a treat. white goods available in the kitchen area also proved useful. the bathroom was beautiful, and the free standing bath was also a real treat!

average stay with minor issues
scruffy entrance slow internet
i found a couple of things less than stellar. the initial impression wasn't great because of a scruffy entrance. the pictures online showed a variety of apartments so i didn't know exactly what i was getting. the tv was only fed by very slow internet so i had trouble watching anything without constant buffering

dust accumulation incomplete blinds
I found a few aspects less than satisfactory. the cleanliness was not up to par. I noticed dust under the couch and bed, also on the counter tops. the blinds did not fully close in the attic rooms, thus the sun woke me early. these details detracted from the overall experience, (though the photos look amazing).
